We're based in Hot Springs and work about a 50-mile radius around it: Hot Springs Village, Royal, Pearcy, Mountain Pine, Jessieville, Malvern, Benton and Bryant, and out toward Glenwood, Mount Ida and Arkadelphia. Do you do residential or commercial work?
The schedule is built around residential work — homeowners, lake places, and lots being cleared for new houses. We have taken on major commercial demolition, including a 200,000 square foot Hot Springs high school brought down in five weeks, so a big garage or an old barn isn't going to scare anybody. Who actually shows up to do the work?
Our own machines and crew, with contract trucks and drivers handling the hauling. The company that looks at your job and quotes it is the company that does it, start to finish.
How do estimates work?

What happens to all the debris?
It leaves. Loading and haul-off are part of the job — trucks are part of the operation, not a separate contractor you have to find. When we're done, you have a clean lot or a build-ready pad, not a rubble pile.
Do I need a permit to tear down a house?
Usually there's paperwork, and it varies by city and county — Hot Springs, the Village, Benton and the county each run it their own way. Ask when you call and we'll tell you what applies to your address and what has to happen with utilities before a teardown.
