Delivery from us comes with a machine on the other end. A dump truck can leave a load at the end of your drive; we can also spread it, grade it and compact it, because the loader and the excavator ride along. That is the difference between buying material and getting a finished pad, drive or yard.
Haul-off works the same way in reverse. Demolition debris, excavation spoil, an old gravel drive, brush from lot clearing, root balls from stump removal, broken concrete from a slab removal: we load it and take it to the Garland County Landfill or the right recycling yard.

Fill dirt is the subsoil we use to raise grade, build pads and fill holes. It has little organic matter, so it compacts and stays put. Topsoil is the dark top layer that grows grass, and it belongs on the final six inches of a yard, never under a pad. Gravel does the structural work on driveways and parking areas. Ordering the wrong one is a common and expensive mistake.
We match the material to the job. A pad for a shop gets fill in compacted lifts. A low corner of a lawn gets fill under topsoil so the grass takes. A soft drive gets base rock before the finish gravel. If you tell us what the ground has to do when we leave, we bring the right load and place it where it works.
Material is sold by the cubic yard, and one yard covers about 100 square feet at three inches deep. A load of fill for a low spot goes further than people expect; a load of gravel on a long rural drive does not. We measure the area on the estimate visit so you order once. Spreading and compacting are quoted with the delivery, so the number covers finished ground.
Access matters for delivery the same way it matters for dirt work. A loaded dump truck needs a firm route in and room to turn or back. On tight Hot Springs lots and lake places down narrow drives, we sometimes stage the load and move it in with the loader. That gets planned before the truck shows up.
Demolition and construction debris in Garland County goes to the county landfill on Cedar Glades Road or through its transfer stations on Highway 70 West and Highway 7 North. Class 4 construction and demolition waste is charged by the ton, at 32 dollars a ton with a 15 dollar minimum for in-county loads as of 2025. Loads from outside the county pay more. Those fees are part of any haul-off quote we give.
Scrap metal goes to the landfill's recycling side at no charge, so we keep it separate from the load. We load with the excavator or the loader and cycle trucks so the pile leaves in one visit instead of three. Old sheds, a collapsed carport, a burn pile that never got burned, the spoil from a pool dig: if it fits in a dump truck, we can move it.
